IT Master is an autonomous content engine for websites. It finds what people search for, researches the answer against the customer's own data and the wider web, writes, and then submits every draft to a validation gauntlet before anything publishes. It publishes for customers in the UK, the US and beyond.
It is not a writing assistant. Nobody types a prompt. The customer describes their business once; the engine decides what to write, writes it, checks it, publishes it, tells search engines, and measures what happened.
IT Master is built and operated by CodeNest, a London software studio. The same studio builds the platforms several of the sites on this engine run on, and sells a done-for-you plan where its engineers run the setup, the topic strategy and an expert review pass on top of the engine's own checks. That relationship is disclosed on every page that shows a client's numbers, because it is the honest way to read them.
How facts get checked
The model that writes an article is never the model that checks it. Drafts are written by Claude models and judged by Gemini and GPT, a different vendor, so the judge does not share the writer's blind spots. Four checks run in parallel: a fact-check against the research dossier and live sources, a novelty score against the pages already ranking, an E-E-A-T critique, and a scan for the patterns that mark text as machine-written. A failing draft is revised with the specific objections attached, up to three times. If it still fails, it does not publish.
Across 186 Standard-tier runs, 21% of drafts cleared every check on the first attempt with no revision, and 51% got there within the three revisions allowed. The other half never published. We publish those numbers because they are the honest ones, and because a single blended figure is how a flattering one hides. Our live proof page shows the current values straight from the ledger.
What we will never publish
- Statistics we cannot source.
- Claims a customer has told us are untrue about their own business. Each site carries its own never-state rules, enforced before publication.
- Guarantees about rankings or citations. Nobody controls what Google or an AI assistant chooses.
- Prices or availability that are not read live from the customer's own systems.
- Content about a product the customer does not sell, however well it might rank.
- A customer's name, logo or numbers without their consent, and never without saying what our relationship with them is.
Who is accountable
Every site has a named editor-in-chief. For IT Master's own pages that is Rodd Azad, the founder of IT Master and of CodeNest, who sets the editorial standards the engine enforces and reviews the checks that fail. The engine does the volume; a person owns the standard.

Corrections
If something on this site or on a customer's site is wrong, tell us at hello@itmaster.uk. Corrections are made on the page, dated, and the underlying rule is added to the checks so the same mistake cannot publish again.
This page is itself a correction in one place: it used to describe the sites the engine publishes to as businesses we run ourselves. They are clients. CodeNest built and operates their platform and publishes their content with IT Master, which is what the disclosure on those figures now says.

Who is behind IT Master?
Rodd Azad, its founder, a software engineer who also runs CodeNest at code-nest.dev. He is the named editor-in-chief: he sets the standards the engine enforces and reviews the drafts that fail them. IT Master is built and operated by CodeNest from London, and publishes for customers in the UK, the US and beyond.
Is the content written by a human?
No, and we say so on every article. The engine researches and writes; models that did not write the draft then check it, with each check including a model from a different vendor. A named human is accountable for what publishes, which is why articles carry an editor rather than a fictional byline.
How do I know the checks actually happen?
Because we publish the numbers they produce. The AI Content Index shows the first-pass rate, how many drafts were revised or rejected, and the median cost per article by tier, straight from the engine's ledger across every site it runs. A vendor confident in its checks can publish its failure rate; we do.
Are the sites in your results your own?
No. They are clients. CodeNest built and operates the platform behind them and publishes their content with IT Master, and that disclosure appears on every page that shows their figures. The one exception is itmaster.uk itself, which is published by the same pipeline and is labelled as ours wherever its numbers appear.
What will you refuse to publish?
Statistics we cannot source. Claims a customer has told us are untrue about their own business. Guarantees about rankings or citations. Prices or availability not read live from the customer's own systems. Content about a product the customer does not sell, however well it might rank.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No, and we will not. Position depends on competitors, links, a site's history and ranking systems that change without notice, and a generative engine can paraphrase a page without naming it. We commit to cadence, to the checks, and to measuring the result honestly, not to a number.
How do I report something wrong in an article?
Email hello@itmaster.uk. Corrections are made against the same editorial standards on this page, and a factual error is fixed rather than argued with. Anything already published can also be taken down by its owner at any time, and connected sites remove it.
