The three documents that govern using IT Master
Written to be read: what you are buying, what happens to your data, and how to get your money back. Plain sentences, no walls of capitals.
All three documents were published on this date. Each carries its own last-updated stamp, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect.

Who you are dealing with
IT Master is an autonomous SEO content engine operated from London, United Kingdom by its founder, Rodd Azad, who is also the named editor-in-chief for this site. We publish for customers in the UK, the US and beyond.
Write to contact@itmaster.uk for anything about your account, your balance, these documents or your data. Write to hello@itmaster.uk if something we published is factually wrong — corrections are made on the page and dated, as our editorial standards describe.
The short version
- You buy credit up front and spend it per published article. Credit buys generation and checking work, not a ranking.
- We never guarantee rankings, citations or traffic, and we will not write a page that says we do.
- Articles that clear every check publish automatically. You keep takedown, per-site pause and a global off switch afterwards.
- You own the articles published to your site.
- Your content and research inputs are sent to the AI providers named in the privacy notice. We do not sell your data.
- Unused credit is refundable. A draft that fails our checks is billed at a reduced rate, never the full one.
Credit buys the writing and the checking. It does not buy a position in Google, and nothing on this site says otherwise.
What is not on this page
IT Master is operated from London, United Kingdom by its founder, Rodd Azad, and contact@itmaster.uk reaches him. We do not publish a company registration number, a registered office or a VAT number here, because there is none to publish for this operation yet, and we would rather name the operator than print a placeholder. A full postal address for service is available on request and will be published here once it is settled. If you need documented details for a procurement or supplier-onboarding process, ask at contact@itmaster.uk and we will tell you exactly what exists.
